Tom Court started The Sticky Fig Catering Company in 2014. Sticky Fig has been a lifelong dream of Tom's and the ever-growing family business has gone from strength to strength, testament to the hard work and commitment of the Sticky Fig team.
After working in busy restaurant kitchens for all of his career, Tom took the brave step to go it alone. First appearing at Food Festivals across the Birmingham and Worcestershire, on stage with Wots Cooking doing food demonstrations.
This soon progressed. The Sticky Fig Catering Company is now a preferred caterer for some of the top wedding venues in Midlands, and is fully equipped to cater in the most obscure locations.
Over the past five years, the Sticky Fig team have branched in TV and film, catering for crews and casts across the UK. We have worked with some fantastic production companies, including the team behind ‘The Great British Menu’ over the past three years, cooking for the best chefs and critics in the UK.
We are now pleased to be opening our first fixed site at Harvington Hall in Worcestershire. The Malt House, is a small listed building in the grounds of the Elizabethan Hall. The charming coffee shop will have a bakery counter with lots of homemade breads and cakes, artisan coffee and friendly smiles. The peaceful grounds offer a relaxed outside space for the whole family.
